Campers should arrive on Sundays NOT EARLIER than 1:00 p.m. and NOT LATER than 2:30 p.m. Please call the Camp Berger Office at (860) 379-3558 if there is any delay in arrival. Each session closes on Saturday by 12:00 Noon, and campers must be picked up by 12:00 p.m. Noon. Stay-over campers may be visited by their parents on Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If a camper is staying more than one week, the Saturday overnight is included, otherwise there is no Saturday overnight.

NOTICE: The Camp Director and/or Assistant Director must be notified if any member of the Camp Berger staff or a camper arrives/leaves Camp property. Therefore, it is important to make prior arrangements and report to the Camp Office to sign in or out of Camp.
