A Co-Educational Camp for Ages 7-14
(Camper must be age 7 by July 1st)

• Please complete a separate application for each camper.

• Select a first and second (alternative) choice of session. If we cannot accommodate either your first or second choice, we will contact you by telephone as soon as possible. Once an application has been processed, additional information will be mailed to the camper's family. Included in this package will be a confirmation of enrollment, a suggested list of what to bring, a detailed map on how to get to Camp Berger and other relevant details.

• All campers applications must be accompanied by the required deposit to secure their enrollment.

• Payment may be made by check, or money order, payable to "Camp Maud Isbell Berger".
