Directions from Hartford Area: Route 84 West to the Farmington Exit (Route 4). Follow Route 4 West to Torrington - passing through Farmington, Burlington and Harwinton. Entering Torrington go down steep hill - take left at light (across from Glass Building) onto East Main Street (Rte. 202 and Route 4), then bear right at next light onto East Elm Street (Burger King will be on your left and Twin Colony Diner on your Right) - this is a continuation of Route 4. Follow East Elm to Main Street, which is the 3rd light. The Police Station will be on your right, and Walgreens on your left. Leave Route 4 here and turn right, going past K-Mart Plaza and McDonald's. Drive straight (north) to the light at the small white church (with the Fire Department on the left). At this light, bear left (to the left of the church) onto Newfield Road. Drive Newfield Road for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Wahnee Road (about 5 mile from church). Wahnee Road will dip down a hill. Go about 1/2 mile, just past the Camp Wahnee entrance, to the Camp Berger entrance, which is on your right.

Directions from Waterbury Area: Route 8 to Exit 45 (The Kennedy Drive Exit). Turn left off the Exit, proceed under the overpass to the light at the bottom of the hill. At this light, turn left onto Old Route 8 (Winsted Road). Proceed straight past Big Y to the intersection of Newfield Road (there will be a light here - and a small white church on your right.) Turn right onto Newfield Road. Drive Newfield Road for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Wahnee Road (about 5 mile from church). Wahnee Road will dip down a hill. Go about 1/2 mile, just past the Camp Wahnee entrance, to the Camp Berger entrance, which is on your right.

Directions from Winsted Area: Route 44 West (Main Street) through downtown area. At the light (bank on your right, Ambulance Station on your left), turn left over small bridge. Watch carefully for right fork - this is the intersection of Route 263. Bear right at fork. Follow Route 263 for approximately five miles to Winchester Center. You will pass a large white church on your right. At this point, stay straight, do not continue on Route 263. You will pass on your right the town green, Winchester Grange Hall / Firehouse. Continue straight for approximately 1 mile to Wahnee Road which is on the right. Wahnee Road will dip down a hill. Go about 1/2 mile, just past the Camp Wahnee entrance, to the Camp Berger entrance, which is on your right.

Directions from Norfolk Area: In the Center of Norfolk, follow Route 272 for approx. 5 miles to the junction of Route 263 (which will be on your left). Follow Route 263 to Winchester Center (you will see a large white Church) - bear right at the fork on the green. At the stop sign, turn right. You will pass on your right the Winchester Grange Hall / Firehouse. Continue straight for approximately 1 mile to Wahnee Road which is on the right. Wahnee Road will dip down a hill. Go about 1/2 mile, just past the Camp Wahnee entrance, to the Camp Berger entrance, which is on your right.
