Thank you for your interest in joining our 2015 summer staff! For those of you who have already applied for the 2014 season, thank you for your patience.
We are exceptionally proud of our staff. In choosing staff we look for people that are responsible, caring, and talented to watch over our campers.
Camp Berger attracts people who want to make a difference in the lives of youth and who share our goal of: making the summer fun, empowering and an enriching experience for all of our campers.
From September to May, we recruit on college campuses throughout the U.S., and conduct phone interviews to assemble a strong and capable staff team. Berger staff members work closely and form long lasting friendships.
Every Camp Berger staff member starts the summer with a week of staff training. You will learn leadership and team building skills along with how to positively impact the lives of others.
We ask of our staff to lead by example, to nurture growth and compassion, and to ignite curiosity and joy in the most spontaneous way.
You will work long hours, you will be challenged, and you will learn as much as you teach. You will become emotionally invested in many aspects of camp life, and you will feel rewarded for everything you put in, and then some
