Thank you for your interest in Camp Berger. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Incomplete Registrations will not be accepted. It is recommended to send your registration and deposit (or whole payment) in as soon as possible to secure your space.
• Please complete a separate registration form for each camper.
• Once the registration has been processed, additional information will be e-mailed/mailed to the camper's family.
• Additionally a Camper Form must be completed and sent in as well.
• Medical health record (must include a current immunization record) can be in the form of: a new physical form, a copy of current school physical, or the Camp Berger Medical Health Certification.
• If your child takes prescription or over-the-counter medication on a daily basis each medication requires it's own separate completed Prescription Medication Form signed by the parent and physician in order for the medication to be administered at camp.
• All camper registrations must be accompanied by the required deposit $100/per weekly session to secure their enrollment.
• Payment may be made by check, money order, payable to "Camp Berger" or PayPal (attach receipt).
