Arrival at Camp:
Registration for campers will begin Sunday promptly at 1:30 PM and will end at 3:30 PM. Please feel free to call the Camp Berger Office at (860) 238-7949 if there is any delay or emergency that will prevent you from arriving at the designated time.
Each session closes on Saturday, and campers must be picked up between the hours of 9:30 - 11:30AM.
Campers who are staying for the following week can be visited by their parents on Saturday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (unless other arrangements have been made with the Director). If a camper is staying more than one week, the Saturday overnight is an additional $40 (which includes supervised fun activities, rest & relaxation, meals & laundry), otherwise all campers must leave at the afore mentioned times.
Health and Safety Information:
The Camp Director must be informed if the camper is currently receiving special health care from a physician, social worker, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc.
